Mailbox Service Agreement

In consideration of delivery of applicants mail by Wanderers’ Mail Service the applicant agrees that:

1. Our facilities and services may not be used for any purposes prohibited by Postal regulations or for any illegal and illegitimate purpose.
2. Customer agrees to use the subject mailbox or any other of our facility for legal purposes only and in conformity with all federal, state and local laws.
3. Mailbox fees are due and payable in advance.  There will be no prorations or refunds for cancellations on any service.  Accounts are delinquent after the due date.  A late fee will be charged if payment is not received within 30 days of due date.  After 30 days, mail will be held pending payment.  Services may be terminated at the option of our facility 
4. Once Wanderers’ has placed applicants mail in the assigned mailbox, the mail shall be deemed to be delivered and Wanderers’ shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage.  Wanderers’ is not engaged in the delivery of mail and cannot be responsible for failure of the United States Postal Service to deliver mail or to deliver it in a timely fashion or undamaged condition.
5. Wanderers’ will accept certified, registered, and insured mail or parcels.  C.O.D. items will be accepted only if prior arrangements have been made and payment in advance is left with our facility.
6. Upon termination of your mailbox rental all mail and packages will be held for six months unless a forwarding deposit has been received.  All Mail received after the six-month time period will be returned to the Post Office for return to sender.  If forwarding arrangements have not been made for the six-month time period there will be a storage fee assessed at $1.00 per day.  This fee must be paid prior to the review and/or retrieval of your mail.
7. A forwarding deposit of $25.00 is required for box rentals of less than one year.
8. All information provided by customer is confidential and will not be disclosed except when legally mandated.

A. The applicant authorizes Wanderer’s Mail Service to accept and sign for the following:

*  Registered Mail
*  UPS, FedEx, DHL, Airborne and other private carriers/messengers
